Amy Fowler, M.Ed., LPC

Qualifications:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. 

Areas of Practice:
As an LPC, I work with children, teens, and women dealing with various mental health concerns. I have specialized training for working with children with special needs. My areas of focus include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Counseling Approach:
My therapeutic approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and solution-based therapy. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and work towards their goals.

Fees and Insurance:
My fee is $115 per session. I do not accept insurance, but I do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) credit/debit cards for payment.

Client Rights:
As a client, you have the right to ask questions about any aspect of the counseling process. If you have concerns about our work together, please discuss them with me. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you may contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council at 1-800-821-3205 for further assistance.

Confidentiality:
All of our sessions are confidential, with some exceptions required by law, such as instances of suspected abuse or threats of harm to self or others.
